All necessary forms that need to be turned in for summer participation are right here for you to download, print out, sign and then email back to coach Rice or physically bring the forms in on equipment check out day.
Our summer training and team camp fee is $300 this year and that can be paid by going to our Booster Club web page and click on the SHOP tab. If paying the $300 fee is a financial issue for your family, please email Coach Rice and explain your personal situation and options can be discussed in terms of deferred or payment waivers. Coach Rice's email address can be found on the coaches tab on this website.

Make sure that you click on and fill out both Google Doc forms (Player/Parent Contact Info and the Summer Info Meeting Acknowledgement) and turn in all mandatory summer forms. Code of Conduct, Fundraiser Waiver, Weight Room Waiver, Covid Waiver. All these thing must be filled out and turned in to Coach Rice before any summer participation will be allowed.

This form is for any of our players to fill out and turn in to Coach Rice if you are serious about wanting an opportunity to play college football. Download the form, fill it out and turn in the hard copy to Coach Rice. A parent signature is required on this form, so players please consult with your parents as you fill this out please.
