Coach Bergdale is our offensive line coach for our JV and Varsity players here at DCHS.  Mark brings over 40 years of coaching experience to our program here at DCHS.  Please reach out to Coach Bergdale with any questions or comments that you might have.

Coach Bortot is an alum of Douglas County HS (Class of 2008) and was part of the State Championship football team here at DCHS in 2005 as well as the state runner up team in 2007. Coach Buresh returns this year to the DC Football coaching staff for his 4th season and will again coach our Varsity and JV wide receivers. In addition to coaching our receivers, Ryan will also continue in the role of our being our Varsity offensive coordinator.  Coach Buresh is also a varsity assistant on the girls' basketball team and assists our boys and girls track team as well.

Coach Curtis returns for his 4th season on the DCHS Huskies Football coaching staff.  Coach Curtis will coach Varsity and JV Linebackers.

Coach Johnson returns for his 4th season on the DCHS football coaching staff and will serve as our Varsity and JV running backs coach. Zach is a graduate of Douglas County HS and played his four years of high school football for the Huskies.

Coach Jones returns this year for his 5th season with the Huskies and will again be our Varsity and JV Defensive Line coach.  Coach Jones comes to us from Northern Illinois University and an 8 year veteran of the US Navy.

Coach Lehman is a science teacher here at DCHS.  Coach Lehman will return to our DCHS Football staff for his 4th season and will be the Varsity and JV QB's coach.

Andy Muns is a DC Huskie alumnus and was a member of the 2005 5A State Championship Football team.  Coach Muns was also the Colorado offensive player of the year in 5A for the 2005 season!  Coach Muns serves our team as our DCHS Football representative to the Raptors Youth Football organization.

Coach Kimberly or Coach K.....returns to the DCHS football coaching staff for her 4th year and will serve as an assistant on gamedays. Coach K. brings her several years of experience as a player/coach on the Mile High Blaze women's full contact football team to assist our DC  Huskie football players.  In the 2022 season, Coach K. led her Mile High Blaze Football team as the QB and Free Safety to their first national championship .

Coach Saunders will assist our Huskies football team by coaching JV and Varsity linebackers here at DCHS.  Please feel free to reach out to Coach Saunders if you have any question, comments or concerns.

Coach Schembri will serve as an assistant coach to all of our levels this year. Coach Schembri will volunteer his time whenever he is able to attend practices and games.
